Hi! My name is Kendra! I am the Director of First Impressions. I am the newest member of the team. I began working in Brenda’s State Farm Agency in September of 2023. I started off just answering and directing calls, then slowly began servicing. I happily assist our customers with any questions or changes within their Auto or Home policies. You can count on me to take care of your service needs. I am currently studying in Florida International University. I am also a mother to my loving cat, Pablo.

Hi there! I'm Pedro, and I'm thrilled to be part of this amazing team. As the Marketing Director, my role revolves around fostering meaningful connections and making a positive impact in our community. Whether it's through sponsorships or organizing community initiatives, I'm dedicated to ensuring that our agency remains actively involved and supportive. We understand the importance of youth programs and currently sponsor youth baseball and softball teams. We work closely with the local schools and contribute however we can. Outside of work, I enjoy going for a motorcycle ride, coaching my son's and daughter's teams, and traveling with my family.
